Sto Scandinavia develops and produces products and systems for façade, interior, concrete and flooring. We are a part of a global group with over 5000 employees. Renovation of apartment buildings from 1967

The apartment buildings in Södertälje, Sweden, were brought up in 1967-1968 and there was a need for renovations to create energy efficiency and modernization. To help with this, products and systems from Sto were used. For this project the ventilated façade system StoVentec was chosen and to create a modern look, a mix of self-cleaning finishing render StoLotusan K and the brick slip StoBrick were used. Partners in the project are happy with the results and how quick and easy the products are to work with, while giving a result that will last. The modern render StoLotusan from Sto is self-cleaning, which reduces the need for cleaning and prolongs the maintenance intervals. StoBrick is a thin solid brick slip which gives it a light weight, making it easy to transport and creating a good work environment for the craftsmen.
