StoFloor Food PU 205

StoFloor Food PU 205 is a water based polyurethane screed for floorings in industry with aggressive environments. The system is hard-wearing, has high temperature and chemical resistance. StoFloor Food PU 205 Screed provides a matt, anti-slip and seamless flooring. Can be supplied in red, grey, yellow and blue.

StoFloor Food PU 205 is especially designed for areas with high chemical, thermal and mechanical stress such as food, chemical and process industry. Can be used where a decorative hard-wearing, chemical resistant and seamless floor is required. The system provides high resistance against chemical, thermal and mechanical (impact) stresses, and gives an anti-slip, water tight seamless flooring with excellent hygienic properties.

Chemical
StoFloor Food PU 205 provides seamless and watertight finish with good resistance to a wide range of chemicals. Intended for areas exposed to alkalies, oil, fats and aromatic and aliphatic solvents. Excellent resistance against organic and inorganic acids. See resistance list. Discolouring can appear when exposed to chemicals.
Mechanical
StoFloor Food PU 205 is extremely hard-wearing, and has excellent impact resistance.
Thermal
StoFloor Food PU 205 has excellent resistance against thermal shock (steam cleaning and hot/cold water cycles) due to the thickness and design. 6 mm is resistant against hot water at 90C.
