CPVC Industrial

CPVC piping and fittings system that meets the highest requirements with endless applications in industrial processes. It provides industrial facilities a smooth service for many years. This industrial piping system can be used with temperatures of up to 95 ºC (203 ºF) —intermittently, of up to 110 ºC (230 ºF). It is a suitable system for a wide range of industrial processes, such as industrial sewage water treatment, chemical processes, etc.

These Chlorinated Poly Vinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes are available in industrial grade, in schedule 40 and schedule 80 as per ASTM standards from DN15 to DN300. All industrial CPVC pipes meet the ASTM standard D1784.

CPVC piping is getting a foothold as alternative and accessory in hydraulic systems, and it is, nowadays, a benchmark in projects in the sector. Its state-of-the-art raw material designed to withstand high temperatures with guaranteed maximum pressure and durability in extreme conditions, being suitable for outdoor installations. Fast and easy to install, due to their joining by solvent cement.
CPVC PRO works with hot water, (ACS) cold water, air conditioning and heating, with a working temperature range of 0 ºC to 95 ºC (32 - 203 ºF) in a range of pipes and fittings from 1/2" to 12".

• Pressure range of 2½ to 12” with  SCH40 (PN16) – SCH80 (PN20).

These are their main features, aside from their coefficient of expansion, thermal conductivity, inner roughness, etc., in which their performance is the best in the industry. We'd like to emphasize their resistance to fire when compared to other solutions, as well as their performance related to impermeability to oxygen: in legionella detection tests, bacterial growth is noticeably lower.
