Detroit Holiday Market Pop-Up Retail Unit

ROXBOX partnered with Groundswell Design Group to design and build eight versatile pop-up retail units for Detroit’s annual Holiday Market. The units consist of (4) 40’L x 10’W, (2) 20’L x 10’W, (2) 10’L x 10’W custom-built steel frame modular structures. Located in downtown Detroit’s Cadillac Square, the holiday market runs from November to January and features more than a dozen local vendors, offering diverse family-friendly activities and events for locals and visitors alike. Beyond the holiday season, these mobile units are repurposed for various uses, including co-working spaces, farmer’s markets, and other community activations, showcasing their adaptability and value throughout the year.
