If you are looking to monitor and control pedestrian access but have limited floorspace, the Glassgate 200 - with its single swinging
glass barrier and slim pedestal - provides a slim pedestal to deliver precisely on this requirement.
This model has options for barrier height and a locking brake rather than the standard friction brake. The tall glass barrier option deters people from climbing over, while the locking brake prevents pedestrians from trying to gain access by pushing through the closed barriers, fulfilling higher security requirements. The infrared optical system identifies tailgaters as close as 5mm from the authorised pedestrian, thus enforcing a one pass/one entry policy.
A dual barrier lane can be added to the system to create a wider passage for wheelchair or trolley access.
The end panel profile is available with round or square options. As standard, the enclosure is finished using 304 brushed stainless steel with Deep Black Quartz Corian for concealed reader mounting. Special finishes and decorative top options are available.
Each lane has a Fastlane Connect web server to provide LAN functionality for remote control and support.
