Our core business is the development of window chain actuators and control panel for Natural and Smoke Ventilation.

Our products and systems are required mainly in commercial buildings such Shopping Malls, Schools, Hospitals, Airports, Office buildings.

Our latest technology is represented by the BMSline - Integrating window automation with the BMS Building Management System:

Enabling interaction of Natural Ventilation, obtained through window automation, with other systems in building (HVAC, lighting...): granting considerable energy saving, improving comfort and wellbeing, becoming health and productivity. At the same time the building’s safety is assured by smoke ventilation in emergencies.

MacKimmie Tower

Designed to be a high-performance net-zero carbon building, the MacKimmie Complex comprises a fully renovated tower and block and a brand-new link that connects the two buildings by an atrium, surrounded by a redesigned outdoor gathering space. The multi-year, multi-phase project will enhance pedagogical and administrative environments, accommodate growth, and strengthen the sense of place and community in the heart of the University of Calgary’s main campus. The building enhances modern-day learning in a way that goes beyond technology and programming. The building skin makes its energy-modelling systems tactile, or visible to the eye, as a way to make climate change conversations a permanent fixture in life on campus. Two towers 27m high and 30 floors, dedicated to office and luxury apartments.
