Founded in 1991 by Uwe Blaumann and Torsten Utz, PALMBERG Büroeinrichtungen + Service GmbH is now run by its second generation daughter, Nicole Eggert. Blaumann and Julianne Utz continued. As a result, the company remains family-owned and lives up to the founders' aspirations to carry on the company's values. The company is certified to ISO 9001 quality management requirements, ISO 14001 environmental management and BS OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management. In addition, all products offered are certified with the GS mark and the Blue Angel environmental label RAL UZ 38, and since 2015 PALMBERG has also implemented an energy management system in accordance with ISO 50001 into the company. The longevity of the PALMBERG products is the best guarantor for the economical use of resources and thus makes the company an environmental angel in terms of workplace design.
