1985 Foundation
Fairwind s.r.l. was founded on the 5/11/1985 in Ponte di Piave, with the aim of developing projects and special products addressed to specific clients: The planning and realization of automatic operation of Hydroelectric power plants, Automation in the manufacturing of photovoltaic cells, planning and production of electronic instrumentation for Albatross System of Spilimbergo. 1986 Technological evolutionIntroduction of electronics projects for the control and operations of solarium and gymnastic appliances. 1987 Parcor method, first vocal synthesisStarting-up of the first high quality vocal synthesis for the Italian language introduced on industrial products.

The project applied to the hydro massage has encountered widespread success in the industry for the management of safety, e.g. nuclear power station of Caorso, Italetel, Brondi.  1988 TurbopoolStarting-up of TURBOPOOL production Project for Albatross. 

The project measures all the loads and manages them in safety, and activates the concept for remote assistance using for diagnosis an appropriate sw from pc. 

1989 Optical level probes
Fairwind is first to introduce the optical level probe for bath tubs. 

1991 Hydro-massage and Turkish bath
Introduction of the first Fairwind instruments for hydro-massage, complete and homologated in conformity by NEMKO.  

1992 Diffusion of the market
Diffusion of the Fairwind instruments on the Italian market. Beginning of the VU100 products family still under production.  

1993 Remote control of industrial process
Development and application of exsiccation plants with registration control from pc and with connections in RS485 e FSK. 1994 Custom-built electronic mixer Opening of the project and realization of a custom-built electronic mixer for water supply of showers with digital control.  Control and management of therapeutic tanks for rehabilitation and clinical use. 

1995 New production factory
Opening of the production plant in Fontanelle (TV) in Via primo Maggio 4.
Presentation on the market of the power boxes integrated with cable glans.  

1996 Universal product for Power boxes (BTU)
Start of the production of the BTU family still in production.  Opening to the European market. Start-up of the production of the GV6 Steam generators.  Planning and realization of system for audio diffusion with remote control for domestic appliances.  

1997 Innovative Venturi air valve
Start of production of the air valve for the regulation of the Venturi, still in production. The firm receives the first big dimension order from Chinese manufacturer. Production start of the New GV7 Generators.  

1998 New productive location
Opening of the new productive location in Fontanelle (TV) in Via primo Maggio 13.  New family of products on passive keyboard reaching a volume of 25.000 pieces a year.  

1999 First participation in the ISH-Frankfurt
The participation in the ISH trade fair of Frankfurt gave a European impulse to the Fairwind product, increasing our exportations.  First capacitive sensor at low level cost.  

2000 Expansion of foreign markets
Industrialization and computerization of the organizational structure for the control of customer oriented manufacturing process.  

2001 Research projects on level probe.
First capacitive level sensor developed with pressing technology for Steam Generators.  

2002 Expansion of the factory
Purchase of the premises in via primo Maggio 4, and purchase of new premises in via primo Maggio 2 for further 200 mq.  

2004 Customisation of product
Company restructuring, activation of custom projects for components and instrumentation.  

2006 Research and development - Introduction of wireless devices.  

2008 Innovation - Planning custom controllers with touch less technology.
