Sectional Steel Doors Model 216

Sectional Steel Doors Model 216

Wayne Dalton’s Model 216 is a tough commercial sectional door built to withstand severe weather and harsh conditions while also providing your building with added safety and security. Whether subjected to severe weather, rough use or security hazards, Model 216 is engineered to perform and stand the test of time.

Model 216’s sections are made of industrial-grade, 16-gauge hot-dipped galvanized steel with heavy-duty vertical stiles for quick and secure hinge installation. For even more strength, we’ve reinforced the bottom section of this door with a flexible bulb shaped vinyl astragal held in place by a continuous roll-formed steel retainer. Optional insulation consists of 1-9/16" expanded polystyrene which provides an R-value* of up to 7.64 and a U-value as low as 0.13.

*Wayne Dalton uses a calculated door section R-value for insulated doors.
