No unnecessary damage to the door when installing the cylinder because the existing lock housing can be used.
The cylinder is easy to install, administer and use. It is an offline reader that does not require any wiring and is powered by two CR2 batteries. Battery life is about three years and the batteries are easily replaced from the outside of the door after the cylinder indicates that it is time to replace them. Don’t worry that it's a battery-powered reader, the level of security is both high and approved according to SSF lock class 3. LockR is fully integrated in the R-CARD 5000 system, it is offered with Desfire EV2/Mifare Classic reading technology or as a combination of both Desfire EV2/Mifare Classic and Prox.
LockR Cylinder is available in black/stainless steel, black/chromed steel and black/brass colour combinations.
