• The product named SIGMAISOL EPS is a complex ETICS system with plastering works - a system, fully or partially glued, with additional mechanical fastening, consisting of elements; produced by the Applicant and provided by suppliers. Accordingly, the SIGMAISOL EPS system includes: Adhesive SIGMA ISOL PW Dry Product based on cement with fibers and organic binder Composition: roughly: cement 28%, sand 71%, organic binder 1% Mixing ratio with water: from 0,23 to 0,26 l/ per 1kg of dry adhesive Consumption: from 1,4 to 1,6 kg/m2 x mm - Insulation material: SIGMAISOL EPS EPS 100 according to norm EN 13163 Thickness: from 30 to 240 mm; Minimum resistance to strength: TR100 - Basecoat SIGMA ISOL PW Dry Product based on cement with fibers and organic binder Composition: roughly cement 28%, sand 71%, organic binder 1% Mixing ratio with water: from 0,23 to 0,26 l/ per 1kg of dry adhesive Consumption: from 1,4 to 1,6 kg/m2 x mm; Thickness in mm: 3-5 mm - Mesh: a) Name: PPG Rete mesh – Mass surface 150 g/m2; b) Name SigmaNet 165 – Mass surface 165 g/m2; - Pigmented primer a) SIGMAPRIM ASSIST : Liquide with acrylic binder and fillers for acrylic plaster Composition: binder 14%; fillers: 60% Consumption: from 8 to 10 m2/l b) SIGMA ACRYLSILOXAN FILLPRIMER: Liquide with acryl-siloxan binder and fillers for acryl-siloxan plaster Composition: binder 15%; fillers: 64% Consumption: from 4 to 6 m2/l - Plasters a) SIGMA ACRYL PUTZ Acrylic plaster: Liquide with acrylic binder, stones and fillers Composition: binder 11%; fillers: 71%; Facture; spread, Sigma Acryl Putz Superfein : 0,3÷0,7mm; Sigma Acryl Putz Fein : 0,5÷1,2mm; Sigma Acryl Putz Mittel: 1,2÷1,5mm Sigma Acryl Putz Groβ:1,1÷1,8 mm; Consumption: Sigma Acryl Putz Superfein : 1,5 – 2,0 Kg/m²; Sigma Acryl Putz Fein : 2,0 – 2,2 Kg/m²; Sigma Acryl Putz Mittel: 2,1 – 2,5 Kg/m²; Sigma Acryl Putz Groβ : 2,3 – 2,6 Kg/ m² b) ) SIGMA ACRYLSILOXAN PUTZ AcrylSiloxan plasters: Liquide with acrylsiloxan binder, stones and fillers Composition: binder 11%; fillers: 71%; Facture; spread, Sigma AcrylSiloxan Putz Superfein : 0,3÷0,7mm; Sigma AcrylSiloxan Putz Fein :1,2 mm.
