• Door leaf: Curtain made of textile-reinforced UPVC, 1.5 mm thick. With 900 mm vision fields made of transparent UPVC, 2 mm thick. From approx. 1300 mm above ground, spring steel wind locks in curtain pockets with side twin rollers. SoftEdge® rubber bottom profile with monitoring via a radio crash switch. Optional version without vision fields. Surface: Curtain available in the 5 standard colours based on RAL 1018 Zinc yellow, RAL 2004 Pure orange, RAL 3002 Carmine red, RAL 5010 Gentian blue, RAL 7038 Agate grey. Door guide: Self-supporting side guides made of canted, galvanized material, side element seal H-PVC/TPE and shaft made of galvanized precision tube. Optional version in stainless steel V2A. Door optional extras: Optional operator cover galvanized/stainless steel V2A Door operation: Direct drive operator with electromagnetic brake, integral catch safety device, digital limit switch, motor power 1.1 kW, connecting voltage 230 V, 50 Hz, protection category IP 54, operator side right/left, emergency opening via emergency crank handle. Control BK 150 FU E 1, in plastic control box , IP 54, 1-phase, 230 V, size (W x H x D) = 230 x 460 x 200 mm, frequency converter, electronic travel limit setting, Open-Stop-Close membrane push button, automatic timer and display. Connection cable with CEE plug and 3 volt-free contacts. Closing edge safety device via self-monitoring safety light curtain integrated in the side guides. Max. monitoring height 2500 mm, in IP 67 version. Door travel speeds: Opening: approx. 2.0 m/s Closing: approx. 0.8 m/s Fitting: Professional fitting of a door including wiring as well as adjustment/alignment and test run on an existing base construction that is suitable for fitting the door.
