Suspended modulating heater. The Rapid Pro (LRP) series is a more advanced version of our Plus and Rapid suspended heaters that’s designed to meet the new requirements of the EU 2281/2016 legislation, in force since 01/01/2021 (ErP 2021). Rapid Pro heaters are modulating heating systems that use a continuous modulation system to better optimise the heating system and reduce the stratification of heat within the work environment, without condensation. Using the best premix burner technology and the best raw materials, we offer our Partners and End Users a heating solution that: - Will last over time. - Meets to the concrete needs of the markets. - Meets the increasingly restrictive requirements of the national and European regulations. The Rapid Pro is the new solution developed by Apen Group based on over 50 years of experience. Technical characteristics - Output ranging from 9 kW to 92 kW; - Sealed combustion circuit; - AISI 441 stainless steel combustion chamber, and AISI 441 low-carbon stainless steel heat exchanger tube and flue collection box; - Efficiency up to 97% (ncv); - Premixed gas modulating burner, low NOx emissions (class 5) in compliance with the EN 1020 2009 standard; - Microprocessor-controlled electronic control board with continuous heat output modulation, which provides for an energy savings of up to 40%; - Excellent reduction of air stratification; - An advanced air/gas mixing technique guarantees the heater’s complete safety; - Safety thermostat; - 230V/1ph/50Hz power supply; - Compliant with all the applicable EC regulations.

Hot air generator with direct air/air exchange with premixed natural gas or LPG gas burner, with continuous modulation of the thermal power. Sealed combustion circuit. The Rapid PRO LRP series generator features: - Combustion chamber in stainless steel AISI 441, with low carbon content. - Safety thermostat supplied as standard. - Condensate drain siphon with electrode for clogging detection supplied as standard. - Electronic card controlled by microprocessor, which allows energy savings up to 30% and efficiency up to 96.8% (Hi). - LCD interface panel with temperature management, ignition, regulation and parameterization functions of the gas module. - Conversion kit for LPG gas supplied as standard. CE approval. Appliance type B23, B23P, C13, C33, C43, C53, C63, in compliance for construction and purpose with the Gas Appliance Regulation 2016/426/EC, the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU, the requirements of the ROHS Directive III 2015/863/EU, the requirements of the ROHS II Directive 2011/65/EU, the requirements of the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 014/30/EU and the requirements of the ErP Regulation 2281/2016/EU. Certified welds according to: EN ISO 15614-1 Qualification of welding procedures for metallic materials - Welding procedure qualification tests, EN ISO 15613 Specification and qualification of welding procedures for metallic materials - qualification based on pre-welding tests production, EN ISO 9606-1 Specification and qualification of welders for fusion welding of steels.
