The Webex Room Navigator control unit is an intuitive device designed to give you access to several room controls, such as: controlling Cisco videoconferencing systems, booking a room and controlling amenities within the room.

This touch-based unit is optimized for an effortless user experience – from launching and ending a video or audio conference, to sharing content, and viewing contact lists and directories.

The Room Navigator supports the Webex Room Series as well as Webex Board Series.

The user interface can be configured by administrators to easily control other room peripherals such as lighting, room dividers, and curtains.

Webex Room Navigator for wall mounting can be configured as a control device within the room. It will then behave like its table stand counterpart. It can also be configured as a room booking only device.

The Room Navigator can easily be installed on any type of wall. It is also designed to be within the reach of people with disabilities and tilted to be mounted low and usable by anyone.

When activated, a 360° LED will show availability status of the meeting room. Equipped with an ambient light sensor, the Room Navigator LCD will automatically dim down when ambient light is low.

Only one cable is needed to power the units and network access. The Room Navigator can be connected directly to a Webex Room device or remotely paired to it when plugged on a PoE network.
