COVERSMOKE

An element of primary importance in passive fire protection, the COVERSMOKE evacuator, both zenithal and vertical, integrates perfectly into all smoke, heat evacuation or disposal systems, in compliance with current regulations. Designed based on more than thirty years of experience in the Cover Italia sector, on technological evolution and thanks to the collaboration with leading companies in the construction of the components with which it is produced. The pneumatic device is made with a frame and counterframe in natural aluminum and moved by a pneumatic piston of variable stroke according to the width of the forometry and activated by a CO2 cartridge connected to a thermal valve sensitive to the temperature defined during the design. A series of integrated predispositions during the production phase allow the machine to be adapted to any type of fire-fighting system, (both electric and pneumatic) or / and for daily ventilation like any openable skylight, (both electric and tire). The evacuator cover is made of compact or honeycomb type self-extinguishing polycarbonate in class B-s1-d0. The versatility in size and ease of assembly allow it to be used in countless design situations. All types, both zenith and vertical and the accessories supplied, are certified according to the UNI EN 12101 product standards.

OPENING DEVICE FOR NATURAL SMOKE AND HEAT EVACUATION (ENFC) COVERSMOKE compliant with the C.P.R - regulation (UE) N °. 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council and to the harmonized UNI EN 12101-2: 2003 standard, with CE marking with certificate of conformity issued by a certified body and tested in the factory during production according to the ISO 9001 certified quality system procedures : 2008 The evacuator is composed of: • Frame and mobile counterframe in extruded natural aluminum with section mm. 40x40, hinged on the longest side; • Mechanical locking device in the fully open position; • Pneumatic cylinder in aluminum and stainless steel complete with predisposition for opening and closing from the ground for daily ventilation or in case of emergency; Standard calibration thermal valve 68 ° c nominal preset for connection to smoke / fire detection systems with the application of a pyrotechnic or electromagnetic actuator that can be reset to 24 V; • Replaceable CO2 cartridge of gr. 80/150; • Mechanical locking block with vacuum seal of 150 kg / m2 complete with external release cord.
