mattONE® 325 Autoclaved Aerated Concrete, excellent quality for external wall, without the use of additional insulating materials. High performance insulation, acoustic insulation, high hygrothermal properties, good mechanical resistance and considerable fire-fighting characteristics are guaranteed.
The mattONE® blocks in Autoclaved Aerated Concrete of 325 kg / mc are a valid alternative to the traditional non-load-bearing masonry wall, ensuring:
1- simplicity and installation speed
2- thin-layer joints (1.5 mm) made with a special cement-based mortar with elimination of the widespread thermal bridges;
3- flexible planning and simple site management;
4- reduction of energy consumption for the air conditioning of buildings.

"Non-load-bearing masonry wall made by autoclaved aerated concrete blocks 325, produced in Italy, with CE marking in Category I compliant with the UNI EN 771-4 standard, with smooth vertical surfaces or tapped joints, horizontally and vertically linked with a thin layer of MALTA COLLANTE “mattONE” gray or white (according to EN 998-2: 2010 type T-M5), able to guarantee the specified performance, spread with a special toothed trowel.
