Siniat Nida wall SW175

The interior walls are used to separate the individual rooms in the building and, depending on their functions, they meet stringent requirements in terms of statics, acoustics and fire protection. Partition walls are mostly made of drywall systems of profiles with different width dimensions: 50, 75 or 100 mm with a single or double layer of plasterboard or cement board. The materials used to make partition walls have important properties, such as acoustic insulation, fire insulation and moisture resistance; they also must be easy to install and remove to ensure the highest comfort of the room.

NIDA SW175 is a partition on C100 profiles with Nida Plasterboards sheating (3x12,5mm both sides). It is designed for big heights. A very durable structure made of C100 profiles allows to build a system up to 11 m high. With such high parameters, the wall also has fire resistance up to EI120 class (depending on the type of paneling)

  • 175 mm partition wall on a NIDA C100 (SW) or 2 x NIDA C100 (SWSW) steel structure with a 3x12.5 mm thick double-sided plasterboard layer. Maximum wall height 9000 mm.
    System's properties depending on used panel types:
    • NIDA SW175-300/Ogien+: weight 66.0 kg/m2; sound insluation RW=59dB; fire resistance EI90.
    • NIDA SW175-300/WodaOgien+: weight 66.0 kg/m2; sound insluation RW=59dB; fire resistance EI90.
    • NIDA SWSW175/Ogien+: weight 66.0 kg/m2; sound insluation RW=59dB; fire resistance EI90.
    • NIDA SWSW175/WodaOgien+: weight 66.0 kg/m2; sound insluation RW=59dB; fire resistance EI90.
    • NIDA SWSW175-400/Ogien+: weight 68 kg/m2; fire resistance EI90. Maximum wall height 10000 mm.
    • NIDA SWSW150-400/WodaOgien+: weight 48.0 kg/m2; fire resistance EI90. Maximum wall height 10000 mm.
