Especificação
  • ELKA barrier P 3000, electromechanical, 24V energy-saving concept, for parking garages and car parks. Effective boom length 2,780 mm, running time 1.3s, 1.8s or 2.5s, duty cycle 100%.

    Housing with patented clamping technology, made of aluminium, W/D/H 360 x 300 x 1100 mm, with lockable removable door, protection class IP54, powder-coated (lower part white, RAL 9010 – hood blue, RAL 5012), each RAL custom colour optional available.

    Drive unit consisting of 24V BLDC motor and planetary gearbox, durable pressure springs. Galvanised barrier mechanics, sinusoidal movement sequence with soft-stop, mechanical locking of the closed barrier, functionally reliable manual unlocking. Equipped with completely pre-wired terminal row, service socket.

    MO 24 controller, with three integrated 1-channel loop detectors, 4x7-segment display, 6 multifunctional relays, potential-free (max. 24V, 1A, switchable), freely programmable, network-compatible via optional TCP/IP or RS 485 modules, vehicle counter and maintenance counter are stored power-failure proof, programmable reversal of the barrier boom by monitoring the closing force. 

    Other features: End position detection boom up / boom down, single-button operation with sequential logic, three-button operation for OPEN-STOP-CLOSE or dead-man operation, running time monitoring, status display and fault memory. Programmable automatic closure, advance warning time of up to 655s separately switchable for opening and closing, slot for 434MHz or 868MHz radio receiver, connections for three induction loops, for status indication with flashing light and traffic lights, for max. 6 photoelectric barriers with patented test function and for optional “boom missing” contact. Automatic opening in case of power failure (optional module).

    Barrier boom made of aluminium, left or right connectable, 100 x 25 x 3,000 mm, completely assembled, with red, reflecting signal strips and rubber tube on the boom underside, fixed with stainless steel screws or resp. with plastic screws as predetermined sharing point in case of horizontal external forces. Optional round boom ø60 mm. 

    Tested safety: 

    According to the legal requirements, ELKA PARKING series barriers are available in two versions – EU and UL versions as per the requirements of the European Union and North America (USA, Canada). 

    EU version including CE marking, EC declaration of conformity and declaration of performance, prohibition signs pedestrian passage, tested according to the following norms/standards: Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, EMC Directive 2014/30/EU, RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU, Safety of Electrical Machines EN13849, Door Product Standard EN13241, Construction Products Regulation 305/2011.

    For the EU version, there is a declaration of conformity in accordance with the Machinery Directive, a declaration of performance in accordance with the Construction Products Regulation, and TÜV certification in accordance with European standards. As part of the certification process, TÜV verifies, among other things, the impact forces and the wind load class. For all PARKING series barriers, the impact forces specified in the standards are maintained for at least one of the three selectable running speeds. Operation of this barrier is therefore permitted wherever passenger traffic cannot be excluded due to structural reasons. However, a prerequisite is that the safety devices required during installation are installed.

    If faster running times are required, the barrier system must be secured with a certified protective device. For this purpose, ELKA offers a laser scanner in a suitable housing in its range of accessories. 

    UL version tested according to the following norms/standards: Door, Drapery, Gate, Louver and Window Operators and Systems [ANSI/CAN/UL 325:2017 Ed.7], CSA C22.2#247 Issued: 2014/07/01 Operators and Systems of Doors, Gates, Draperies and Louvres; Errata: 2015.

    ELKA meets all requirements so that operators and commissioning engineers are always on the safe side when it comes to liability issues.
