A1400 AIR Automated system for sliding doors FAAC A1400 AIR SERIES automated systems are intended for the automation of exits in compliance with European Standard EN16005; in fact they are able to meet the most strict security standards according to EN 13489-1 Pl “c”. Thanks to its innovative ‘Energy Saving’ device, it identifies the walking path and perfectly optimises opening/closing times thus avoiding unnecessary air dispersal, even in the event of cross traffic.

  • A1400 AIR Automated system for sliding doors: Passage opening 700 – 3,000 mm standard version 1100 – 4,000 mm telescopic version 800 – 3,000 mm Double Motor version Max. leaf weight 200-2×110 / 2×120-4×60 Kg (telescopic version) 250-2×180 Kg (Double Motor version) A1400 AIR SPECIFICATIONS • Electromechanical automation, compliant with European standards EN 16005 and EN 13489-1 PI “c”, for sliding doors, available for single or double leaves with a passage opening of up to 3000 mm. Max. weight up to 200 kg (250 kg) for single leaf and 120+120 kg (180+180 kg) for double leaf doors (double motor version). • Support profile in extruded aluminium, pre-slotted for height and width adjustment. Dimensions (height x depth) 100/140 x 166 mm. Sliding track integrated into the profile. • L-shaped front housing cover in natural and / or anodized aluminium with a height of 100 mm or 140 mm designed to be locked in the open position for maintenance. •Easy to assemble safety cables with the head section to prevent the cover from falling. • Pre-fractures to adapt doors of different thicknesses (max 60 mm) • Hinge seat on the support profile, separated from it by anti-vibration supports (cover opened by rotating it upwards) • Return pulley with screw type toothed belt tensioner. Height adjustment +/- 7.5 mm • Electro-conductive transmission belt • Weight and friction measurement • No. 2 carriages (1 mobile leaf version) or No. 4 carriages (2 leaf version) • Electric motor 36 VDC with special reducer designed to offer silent operation and compact dimensions (zeroffset) TESTED for 2,000,000 OPENING AND CLOSING CYCLES WITHOUT MAINTENANCE • Encoder 100 pulses/rev. • Emergency battery that guarantees 30 minutes of continuous service without mains power • Electromechanical motor block with manual release • E1400 Control Unit with 64 BIT microprocessor • 230 VAC Switching Power Supply Unit • "Energy Saving" device that enables a reduction in sliding door opening and closing times, decreasing the heat loss between the inside and outside by recognising the direction in which pedestrians are walking, both when walking away and when passing parallel to the automatic door. • Option to adjust the optimal speeds, forces, acceleration and deceleration in accordance with the weight of the leaves. • Monitoring of safety sensors in accordance with EN 16005 • Anti-crushing safety device in compliance with EN 16005 • LCD display to view door status, perform fault diagnostics and carry out BASIC and ADVANCED programming using 3 buttons • Programmable entrance and exit • Removable coloured terminal blocks dedicated to the individual accessories/sensors, with screen print indicating the function of the individual terminal. • Firmware update and download/upload of selected information (configurations, timer, log) via USB flash drive. • SETUP and RESET functions directly accessible from the board. • SDK EVO function keyboard with graphic display for basic/advanced programming and diagnostics.
