HEXAMOTION™

The HEXAMOTION® range is a PLUG&PLAY and self regulating energy recovery unit multilingual communication for office and industrial applications. Its high efficiency, variable speed rotary exchanger, EUROVENT AARE certified, provides with a very high efficiency (>80%), in compliance with the European Ecodesign Directive 2009/125/EC. Equipped with high efficiency EC plug fans ensuring low energy consumption, the HEXAMOTION® range is part of the CALADAIR Econological® solution program and improves indoor air quality. With 9 models available, the HEXAMOTION® range handles flow rates from 100 to 8 000 m³/h. The HEXAMOTION® range is available in 5 different versions: • SEASON: unit for use in temperate climate zones, intended for air circulation in buildings with energy recovery, bypass summer/winter mode, flow rate adjustable by potentiometer. • FIRST: self-regulating unit for use in temperate climate zones with active temperature management for optimal energy consumption and climatic comfort • PREMIUM CO: as FIRST, but equipped with a changeover water coil for exterior temperatures down to -20°C. • PREMIUM BE: as FIRST but equipped with electric heater for exterior temperatures down to -20°C. • PREMIUM DXR: as FIRST but equipped with A CHANGEOVER R410A coil for exterior temperatures down to -20°C.

EQUIPMENT : Low energy consumption, electronic commutation (EC) fan motors Double skin 50mm RAL7035 Insulation : 50mm high density M0 A1 mineral wool (T2 and L1 class for airtightness of the building envelope as specified by EN1886) « EASY » controller with standard protocols MODBUS or BACNET via RS485 or TCP/IP or WEB (except SEASON) A high efficiency (large filtration surface) F7 opacimetric filter for fresh air and exhaust An additional G4, M5 or F7 filter can be fitted on the fresh air High efficiency, variable speed rotary exchanger (>80%), EUROVENT certified for AARE units Circular connectors with lip joints to guarantee system airtightness (ATEC CSTB n° 13-224-12) or square connection for size 80 User-friendly IP54 control panel with LCD display FUNCTIONALITY : Integrated « EASY » control ensures the functions FREE-COOLING, NIGHT-COOLING and FREE-HEATING (except SEASON) Supply temperature (air law) or ambient temperature (extraction) management (except SEASON) Weekly timer (except SEASON) Weekend and public holiday timer (except SEASON) Dirty fresh air filter pressure sensor Airflow monitoring pressure sensors (supply and exhaust) - for LOBBY/ MAC2 / QUATTRO Fire safety device that can control the supply and extraction fans in 5 different modes Managed dehumidification and cooling modules (option) FLOW RATE ADJUSTMENT : LOBBY®: flow rate at CONSTANT PRESSURE DIVA®: proportional flow rate adjustment of each fan according to CO2 level MAC2®: CONSTANT FLOW adjustment of each fan (low and high speed) QUATTRO®: CONSTANT FLOW adjustment of each fan according to CO2 level
