FREETIME™

The FREETIME® range is a PLUG&PLAY and self regulating dual flow handling unit with MODBUS communication, dedicated to tertiary sector and industrial applications. Its high efficiency, variable speed rotating exchanger, EUROVENT AARE certified, provides with a very high efficiency (>80%), in compliance with the European Ecodesign Directive 2009/125/EC. Equipped with electronic commutation (EC), high efficiency motors ensuring low energy consumption, the FREETIME® range is part of the CALADAIR Econological® solution program and improves indoor air quality. With 6 models available, the FREETIME® range handles flow rates from 100 to 3500 m³/h. The FREETIME® range is available in 4 different versions: • SEASON: unit for use in temperate climate zones, intended for air circulation in buildings with energy recovery, bypass summer/winter mode, flow rate adjustable by potentiometer. • FIRST: self-regulating unit for use in temperate climate zones with active temperature management for optimal energy consumption and climatic comfort • PREMIUM BC: as FIRST, but equipped with hot water heater for exterior temperatures down to -20°C. • PREMIUM BE: as FIRST but equipped with electric heater for exterior temperatures down to -20°C.

EQUIPMENT : Low energy consumption, electronic commutation (EC) fan motors Double skin 50mm RAL7035 (except 500 and 900 = 25mm) Insulation : 25mm high density MO A2-S1 mineral wool (T3 and L1 class for airtightness of the building enelope as specified by EN 1886) for the 500 and 800 models, 50mm high density M0 A1 mineral wool (T2 and L1 class for airtightness of the building envelope as specified by EN1886) for the 155, 2000, 2700 et 3500 sizes « EASY » controller with protocols MODBUS or BACNET via RS485 or TCP/IP or WEB A high efficiency (large filtration surface) F7 opacimetric filter for fresh air A G4 gravimetric filter for extracted air (F7 as an option) High efficiency, variable speed rotating exchanger (>80%), EUROVENT certified for AARE units Circular connectors with lip joints to guarantee system airtightness (ATEC CSTB n° 13-224-12) Touchscreen remote control (up to 100m) FUNCTIONALITY : Integrated « EASY » control ensures the functions FREE-COOLING, NIGHT-COOLING and FREE-HEATING.
