Roller shutter model XT-10, made of extruded aluminum alloy 6063-T5 high strength brand PORTALUM. Security standard for doors UNE EN 13.241-1: 2004 and CE certificate. Formed by straight design profiles and mono wall geometry. The roller shutter is complemented by lateral nylon plugs that prevent movement between the slats and possible operating noise, a reinforced lower double-walled base with rubber gasket to ensure tightness as well as to ensure the best fit to the floor and guides Aluminum sides with anti-friction polyamide weathershorts that prevent friction and wear of the slats. The model XT-10 offers a great versatility of finishes allowing depending on the type of installation, the choice in versions of blind roller shutter, perforated with and without methacrylate, micro-perforated and mixed that will be able to satisfy all aesthetic demands.

• Profiles of extruded aluminum with high resistance alloy 6063 T5 (Aluminum, Magnesium, Silicon, Titanium) straight of 100 x 15.4 mm with a general thickness of 2 mm and lower base with reinforced double wall of 120 x 15.4 mm, with lateral nylon plugs and lower bearings. • Different types of guide according to installation, GO-65 for recessed installation, GS-100 NEW for overlapping or surface installation and ALOJA-GUIAS for self-supporting installation. • Versions of blind, perforated, microperforated and mixed, with or without methacrylate. Finishes: anodized and RAL or WOOD lacquered, with QUALANOD and QUALICOAT European quality seals. • Optional Extrubox, made of high strength extruded aluminum alloy 6063 T5, in the same finish as the rest of the shutter, with records for maintenance operations. • UNE-EN 13.241-1: 2004 "Puertas industriales, comerciales, de garaje y portones".
