KlarVent Smoke Vents

KlarVent is needed to let dangerous smoke out from buildings ,people can get out safely and firemen can go into buildings during fires. KlarVent B1218 has an internal size of base on 1200x1800mm , there is 3 different bases as standard , 300 or 500mm high. We also have our very popular "renovation-base" it´s 300mm high and is ready just to place on top of the old base to replace old vent. KlarVent is approved and tested according to EN 12101-2. CE certified. You can get KlarVent in 3 different kinds of lids. 1 with insulated covered aluminium lid , and then 2 different versions with daylight lids ,multi-walled polycarbonate and then also with roof domes as lid. Klarvent has 2 kinds of opening systems , firstly with gas-spring , fusible link that opens at 73 deg celcius and with an electric magnet attached to the lock , so it can be opened from the door entrance or where pushbutton is placed. This system requires that you close the vent by hand from the roof. The second opening system and this is with an electric motor ,with this motor you can both open and close the vent from the control button , no need to get up on the roof to close it , can also be used for comfort ventilation. As standard our bases have the U-value of 0,78! But we can produce them with even lower U-values , let us know what you need. And for the lids the U-value depends on what kind of material and how thick polycarbonate or how many layers of domes. So just let us know what U-value you need. Here comes our article numbers that can be specified on projects. Firstly our opening system with gas-springs ,fusible link + electrical magnet. All KlarVent in this size with gas-springs as opening system have TWO lids. This is with 300mm high standard base and covered aluminium lids: B1218-30-1-2-11. Then same base with multi-walled polycarbonate as lids. : B1218-30-30-2-11. And when you want a 500mm high base you only change the numbers to: B1218-50-1-2-11 (covered alu-lids). And B1218-50-30-2-11 (daylight lids). And for our special renovation base you just have the numbers: B1218-3R-1-2-11 (covered alu-lids) , or B1218-3R-30-2-11 (daylight lids). And on this size with electric motor as opening system they can have both one lid or two. Here are the article numbers with motors and 300mm high base and one lid: B1218-30-1-1-31 (covered alu-lid). B1218-30-30-1-31 (daylight lid), if you want dome instead just add "dome" and how many layers. And with 500mm base + motor: B1218-50-1-1-31. (covered alu-lid). B1218-50-30-1-31 (daylight lid). And with our renovation base+ motor: B1218-3R-1-1-31 (covered alu-lid). B1218-3R-30-1-31 (daylight lid). For 2 lids put 2 instead 1 on second last.
