Door curtain:
Curtain profiles made of double-skinned, concave full hard steel steel profiles, connected to each other via integrated hinges, PU-foamed. Wind locks (pull-out protection) and plastic end pieces in each lath profile (slide guard). Bottom edge made of double-skinned, deflection-resistant aluminium extrusion profiles with EPDM bottom seal. Optionally adjustable brush seal as lintel seal.
Surface:
Galvanized, micro-profiled on both sides. Optionally coil coating in RAL 9002 or RAL 9006 on both sides. Preferred or special colours on request.
Door guide:
Aluminium extrusions with side guide with guide channel, side guide slider profile and brush seal. Sheet steel panel galvanized, barrel made of galvanized stiffener with deflection limit of I/500 acc. to DIN 2458. Reduced wear thanks to counterbalance via tension springs in separate spring chambers. Over 200000 actuation cycles.

Shaft operator WA 300 R S4, 1-phase current 0.25 KW, IP 65, door cycles approx. 20/hour and 300/day, with integrated microprocessor control (impulse), adjustable power limit, soft start and soft stop, automatic timer, CEE plug IP 44.
Fitting:
Professional fitting of a door including wiring as well as adjustment/alignment and test run on an existing base construction that is suitable for fitting the door.
