Waveform® Bicubic G Tile

    Waveform® Bicubic G Tile

The Waveform® Bicubic G Tile was created by utilizing RPG’s patented shape optimizer and aperiodic modulation technology to create a uniquely shaped surface-optimized to provide omnidirectional scattering for uniform coverage. RPG’s patent-pending aperiodic modulation of a single asymmetric base shape allows infinite, seamless tilting. Constructed of non-combustible glass fiber reinforced gypsum (GFRG), the Waveform® Bicubic G Tile represents the next generation in acoustical canopy design.

      Features

      • Offers an attractive, acoustically optimized ceiling and wall treatment for large, performance driven spaces for music, theater and lecture.
      • Standard square sizes available are 4′ W x 4′ L x nominal 6″ or 8″ D and standard round sizes are 4′ dia. nominal 6″ or 8″ D.
      • Choose from any commercially available paint color.
      • Stable, non-combustible glass reinforced gypsum is an excellent choice for commercial projects and offers LEED points.
      • Canopy layouts can be sequence optimized, along the length of the hall for both height and tilt, for further improvement in coverage and scattering.

      • Finish - Available in a natural/raw GFRG finish to be painted on-site or factory color-matched to any paint color specification.

Product Material Composition - Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG)

        Product Acoustic Function - Diffusion

        Product Fire Rating - Non-Combustible

        Weight PSF - 10.00

Installation - Overhead mounting of the Waveform® Bicubic G Tile is achieved by suspending units from integrated hairpin loops using RPG-supplied engineered cables and hardware. Each panel can be hung as a “cloud” or screwed together to create a canopy. Units can be mounted directly onto walls using RPG-provided integrated cleats.
