BA-FRI-HS' construction of higher-quality, heavier gauge steel with several options for lock preparations where restricted, secure access is required. However, the protection doesn't stop there.

BA-FRI-HS features mineral wool insulation, providing exceptional thermal resistance and a 2-hour fire rating. As a highly aesthetic access door, BAC-FRI-HS contributes as an architectural enhancement, expertly concealing and protecting utilities or precious storage.

Where restricted access to internal components is necessary, you can substitute BA-FRI-HS's standard tool key-operated cam and latch (ring-operated slam latch also included) for a;

  • Handle-operated slam latch
  • Mortise preparation for cylinder (cylinder optional)
  • Hex head slam latch
  • Mortise deadbolt lock
