SANDfuture

SANDfuture is the innovative system of continuous roofing with draining joint without external fixings of high design with excellent performance of walkability and quick assembly. Made of aluminium using the special alloy 5754, pre-painted steel, stainless steel, copper, zinc titanium, aluzinc® and magnelis®, with continuous cold-rolled element profiles.

Ideal for extended low-slope roofs, flat roofs, roofs with inclined or curved pitches, industrial, commercial and sports buildings, but also for projects related to public buildings, such as schools, gyms, multipurpose centers and finally for modern residential construction.

Spécification

The architectural section of the SANDfuture profile boasts a prestigious aesthetic appearance with continuous symmetrical lines designed by the stiffening micro-beams and is distinguished by the unique draining overlap joint, complete with internal safety channel enabled for hidden fastening.
The specific overlap studied for the blocking of the elements with pressure joint is a further guarantee of safety for the watertightness of the covering in any weather condition.
As a matter of fact, in order to guarantee the maximum tightness, SANDfuture has a first upper channel able to hinder the eventual rising of water by capillarity. In this way, it is possible to gradually dispose of the excess water through the main emergency containment channel, placed at the end of the profile.
