ProWood FR (Fire Retardant) Plywood

ProWood FR® provides high-quality fire-retardant lumber, plywood, and wall assemblies that are chemically treated to resist fire ignition and flame-spread. It’s intended for interior use for multi-family residential and commercial structures sold through dealers and lumber yards. There are several identifying characteristics of ProWood FR; each piece is stamped with the critical information required by building code authorities, including the UL FR-S designation and the ICC-ES report ESR-4373. Additionally, all products are color tinted for easy identification on the job site.

The UL Listing for ProWood FR’s V343 fire-retardant, pressure-treated wall assembly gives builders and architects the peace of mind to specify the product in their residential and commercial construction applications. It also allows building code officials to quickly and confidently approve the product on job sites.
