Durable Construction: BA-DSD quickly became popular among construction professionals due to its 16 gauge cold rolled steel construction and hidden pin hinge mechanism. A continuous piano type is provided on doors over 24" in height or width to prevent the panel from sagging and warping itself. Complete with rounded mitered corners, concealed pin hinge, and 3/8" return all around the door, this flush access panel has become the sturdiest door on the market.

Multipurpose Application: This general-purpose access door is ideal for installation on non-rated vertical and horizontal surfaces made of drywall or other material. In addition, this all-around door typically comes with a screwdriver-operated cam latch to protect against unauthorized access or entry into the space behind it.

Various Lock Options: Prefer a different type of locking/latching mechanism? From a handle-operated slam latch to a mortise deadbolt lock (with or without cylinder – your preference!), the BA-DSD locking/latching mechanism is comparable to none other.
