Stadion

STADION is a fence specifically develop for sport application, realized also thanks to the cooperation offered by the technical experts during the Football World Cup. This collaboration has given life to a fencing system having in the upper panels, wires different centres distance from the lower ones. This structure ensures good visibility, robustness and anti-climbing properties. Dimensions - Mesh 124x51 mm - Horizontal flat bars 25x3 mm - Vertical round bars Ø 4.5 mm Material - S235JR UNI EN 10025 steel Coating - Hot-dip galvanizing according to UNI EN ISO 1461 - Polyester powder coating Colours - RAL 6005 green, other RAL colours available on demand Fixing system - TTQST M10x30 security bolts in stainless steel Posts - IPE100 Gates - Safety gates built in compliance with the application laws on partitions in football grounds and stadiums

STADION welded grating fence respond to the push loads forces foreseen in the norm UNI EN 13200 an it is made up of modular monolithic panels not jointed together. BOTTOM PANEL: height 1119 mm, width 1995 mm, mesh 124x51 mm, 25x3 mm horizontal flat bars, Ø 4.5 mm vertical round connection bars, 25x4 mm drilled vertical sides frame bars. TOP PANEL: height 1184 mm, width 1995 mm, mesh 124x51 mm, 25x3 mm horizontal flat bars, Ø 4.5 mm vertical round connection bars, 25x4 mm drilled vertical sides frame bars. INCLINED TOP PANEL: height 564 mm, mesh 124x51 mm, 25x3 mm horizontal flat bars, Ø 4.5 mm vertical round connection bars, 25x4 mm drilled vertical sides frame bars. IPE100 post, length 2950 mm (or 2990+605 mm), drilled for connecting to the two panels and for anchoring the fence to the ground.
