StoFloor Food Rapid Multi

StoFloor Food Rapid Multi is a pigmented, seamless flooring system based on a solvent free polyurethane resin compound, dressed with natural quartz or special filler and thereafter sealed with a pigmented polyurethane resin. StoFloor Food Rapid Multi is supplied in 4 standard colours and with different grades of slip-resistance depending on requirements.

StoFloor Food Rapid Multi is suitable for areas with heavy traffic and can be used in dry or wet premises. Typical areas of use are food industry and mechanical engineering. StoFloor Food Rapid Multi can be installed very fast with a drying tine of 2 hours per layer.

Specification

Chemical
StoFloor Food Rapid Multi provided seamless and water tight finish with good chemical resistance to most chemicals such as alkalis, oils, fat, salt, solvents, but has limited resistance to acid in high concentrations.
Mechanical
StoFloor Food Rapid Multi has very good mechanical properties and is hard wearing. The system can be supplied with different grades of filler and also a special filler to achieve extreme wear resistance.
Thermal
StoFloor Food Rapid Multi has very good resistance to temperatures above 100 C in itself, but thermal shock could cause delamination between concrete and coating, at low thicknesses. At 5 mm thickness it will resist 120 C.
