Assembly system - STACBOND® BIM objects
The STB-T-PEG is a kit system of panels made of STACBOND® composite panel for the assembly of ventilated facades. It consists of a system with hidden fixings and quick assembly, which admits both horizontal and vertical modulations. Due to its chemical fixing, it is resistant to ageing and weathering, absorbs vibrations and offers a wide range of facade design possibilities.
Its substructure with profile T offers a great advantage in material and weight savings.
---
STACBOND® composite panel is composed of two aluminium sheets and an inner core of thermoplastic base and mineral charge. It has excellent mechanical properties, providing bending rigidity with reduced weight, surface flatness, durability and ease of maintenance.
It is specially designed for ventilated facades of new construction as well as for their renovation or rehabilitation. It provides adaptable solutions to all fields of architecture.
Its manufacturing standard consists of an outer sheet of aluminium alloy 5005 and an inner sheet of 3105. There are three different cores available depending on their mineral charge (from 0% to more than 90%), which may be non-combustible or fire retardant, and are classified (in accordance with UNE 13501-1:2007) as A2-s1, d0 and B-s1, d0.
It offers a full range of colours, glosses, textures and natural finishes. It can also be supplied in any colour from the RAL / PANTONE / NCS charts. Please enquire us for details.
STACBOND® composite panel is available in multiple standard dimensions up to 2000 mm wide. Other dimensions can be supplied under request.
STACBOND® has a wide range of construction systems for composite panels that have successfully passed the most demanding quality tests, thus achieving the main international certifications that guarantee their suitability for the execution of architectural facades.
This variety allows for greater adaptability to the specific needs of each project, thus optimising construction solutions, finishes and final cost.
The production of the STACBOND® composite panel follows a process controlled by means of rigorous internal tests and quality controls, in our laboratories, and external audits of the most prestigious construction institutes in the different countries where we are certified, which means that we offer our clients the most demanding national and international certifications.
The granting of these certificates follows the European guideline according to EAD GUIDE 090062-00-0404 for ventilated facades and allows us to conclude that our construction systems comply with the national regulations of each country.
The composite panel assembly systems STACBOND® STB-T-CH, STB-T-SZ, STB-T-REM, STB-CH, STB-SZ and STB-REM have the European technical evaluation document ETE/ETA 15-0655 and CE marking.
