Specification

Door leaf Curtain made of special textile-reinforced UPVC material. Material thickness approx. 1.5 mm, available in the five standard colours based on RAL 1018 Zinc yellow, RAL 2004 Pure orange, RAL 3002 Carmine red, RAL 5010 Gentian blue, RAL 7038 Agate grey. Vision field with a total height of 900 mm across the entire door width. The curtain is partitioned by a spring steel wind lock. From a door width of 2500 mm, aluminium wind locks are included for higher stability. The innovative and patented SoftEdge® bottom weather seal prevents damage and resulting downtime of the door system. Design Self-supporting, aluminium side guide rails with integrated, self-monitoring safety light curtain for monitoring the door closing zone. Optimal sealing between the door leaf and the side elements by special seals integrated into the side elements. Shaft cover made of canted aluminium is part of the standard equipment. Operator Tubular drive operator with electromagnetic brake, integral catch safety device, digital limit switch. Motor power 1.0 kW, connecting voltage 230 V, 50 Hz, protection category IP 54. Free choice of right or left arrangement of the operator on order. Control Standard 1-phase frequency converter control BK 150 FUE-1 in a plastic control box, IP 54, 1-phase, 230 V, dimension (W x H x D) = 230 × 460 × 200 mm, frequency converter, electronic travel limit setting, “Open-Stop-Close” membrane push button, automatic timer and display. Connection cable with CEE plug. Colour-coded plug-in control wiring for quick and easy connection of safety equipment and accessory components. The design of the high-speed rolling shutter is in accordance with DIN EN 13241:2016-12. Sustainability has been confirmed by an environmental product declaration (EPD) in accordance with ISO 14025:2011-10 and EN 15804:2012 + A1:2013 from the ift (Institute of window technology) in Rosenheim.
