Sliding door suitable for all types of automatic glass door installations, supporting a weight of 140 Kg for single-leaf installations or 120 Kg +120 Kg for 2-leaf installations + protection with a security roll-up door.

Specification
  • Supply and installation of Saxun IXION system. The system consists of a PS-100R extruded aluminium roller door and SL5 automatic glass door (Advance, Heavy or Emergency).

    A CE-certified extruded aluminium Rolling Doorapproved in accordance with the UNE EN 13241-1 safety standard. It consists of the PS-100R’s 6063 T5 extruded aluminium slats in their three variants, blind, perforated or microperforated, fixed laterally by a set of PS-100 Flat plugs with screws and 120x14.5mm 6063 T5 Model R straight end extruded aluminium slats with rubber bottom seals. All this is housed in a 400x450mm Alex extruded aluminium box, with a recovery winding system and 8 mm steel side walls with nylon rollers for better slat winding, designed to be placed in 120x80mm double guide housing, which holds the GE-34/65 interior guide. Motorisation and electronic equipment suitable for the dimensions of the opening and weight of the slat, number of manoeuvres and access to the premises. Including external/internal motor release locker with lock and security key, electronic control unit and drive control. It includes a 6063 T5 extruded aluminium door frame made of 80x50mm vertical profiles and a140x50mm horizontal crossbar for anchoring a machine for the SL5 automatic glass door. SL5 automatic glass door system(Advance, Heavy or Emergency). The system consists of automatic, electronic, motorised sliding glass panels that are adapted to the dimensions of the opening to be covered, the number of leaves and the total weight. The system is housed inside an extruded aluminium box composed of a cover profile, lateral plastic end caps and a pre supported load profile. The load profile includes guides used for sliding each pane of glass that use two bearing carriages driven by motor traction by means of a toothed belt. There are possibilities to combine one leaf that opens to the side or two leaves with a central opening and the option of including a fixed side leaf. Those options are available for the leaf configurations with an upper aluminium plinth, an upper and lower aluminium plinth and an aluminium perimeter frame (slim style). The leaves are aligned with respect to the wall or fixed glass in the three different ways using a floor guide. It includes motion detection radars, proximity switches and a function selector mechanism.
