100000 EUROBLOCK, Full bore check valve, F/F threaded

100000 EUROBLOCK, Full bore check valve, F/F threaded

The EUROBLOCK is a valve that allows the flow of the fluid in one direction only. It is used to stop any possible risk of damage/contamination to the water systems caused by back-flows. The new internal design and the new components/materials used, such as FORTRON, allowed the valve to increase its wear resistance, the mechanical resistance and its flow performance, also decreasing the operating noise. For these reasons, the valve EUROBLOCK is one of the most innovative check valves on the market. The new EUROBLOCK shutter is made of FORTRON (PPS), a semi-crystalline techno-polymer enriched with fiber glass, which is highly resistant to high temperatures, thermally stable and it has high mechanical properties and chemical resistance. Its shape has been specifically studied to favor the flow and to limit pressure drops inside the system. • The insertion of the techno-polymer back support helps to reduce the coefficient of friction between the shutter and the support itself. • Thanks to the tightness-area section and the elastomer seat on the shutter, wear-leaks risks are highly reduced. • The EUROBLOCK check valve is basically impossible to get stuck thanks to its inner components design and the materials used. • The valve is suitable to be used on drinking water distribution plants as well as heating/cooling systems. • The new internal design highly decreased the operating noise. • It could be installed both horizontally or athwart. • Thanks to its particular internal section, the fluid pass does not go through any reduction in any point. The EUROBLOCK series is available in these versions: • 100000, Full bore check valve, F/F threaded. • 100001, Full bore check valve, F/F threaded, Viton® seat suitable for application with not halogenated hydrocarbons and fuels (gasolines, kerosene...). • 100100, Full bore foot valve, female threaded, with stainless steel strainer. • 100101, Full bore foot valve, female thread, with stainless steel strainer and Viton® seat suitable for application with not halogenated hydrocarbons and fuels (gasolines, kerosene...). • 100200, Reduced bore check valve, UNI ISO 228/1-G F/F threaded. • 100210, Reduced bore check-valve, T.E.A. treated, UNI ISO 228/1 – G, female threaded • 100300, Reduced bore foot valve, UNI ISO 228/1-G, female threaded, with stainless steel strainer
