Profile system ARTEVO / ARTEVO max - center seal

Window design in perfection

Clear and angular contours ensure aesthetics at the highest level. Particularly narrow elevations also enlarge the window areas and open up new architectural possibilities with a maximum of natural light.

High quality optics

In the flush version, ARTEVO stands for tidy and simple design with an aluminum look.

Increased performance and stability

Through the optimized use of the high-performance material RAU-FIPRO X, ARTEVO completely redefines the limits of what is feasible in terms of size. The integration of the fiber composite material in the entire profile cross-section ensures absolutely even and reliable load transfer. Power zones in the outer walls provide additional stability, torsional rigidity and climate stability.

Even floor-to-ceiling window elements with sash heights of up to 2.80 m are functionally reliable. Up to a height of 2.45 m, there is no need for steel reinforcements at all.

Circular economy – well thought out down to the last detail

Awarded the EcoPuls label, ARTEVO stands for the REHAU circular economy and for a clear commitment to sustainability.By using recyclates in the ARTEVO profile core, the system makes an active contribution to a more sustainable future. At the end of a long life cycle, ARTEVO once again becomes the source of raw materials for new windows. Even the REHAU LowE film can be fed into the recycling process without any problems, since no insulating foams are used.

Excellent thermal insulation

ARTEVO windows also convince with sustainability during the usage phase. 90% of all ARTEVO elements come withoutsteel reinforcement, unfavorable thermal bridges cannot arise in the first place. In this way, Uf values of up to 0.98 W/(m²K) are achieved.

Optional LowE profile technology

ARTEVO max is the product variant with additional, innovative REHAU LowE profile technology. By using the LowE foil in the window frame and sash, ARTEVO achieves the passive house standard according to Dr. Feist with Uf values of up to 0.82 W/(m²K).

80mm platform strategy

The clever 80 mm platform strategy massively reduces complexity and creates unimagined freedom:• The same additional profiles as for REHAU SYNEGO• The same glazing beads as with REHAU SYNEGO – can be used in sashes and frames• Same threshold as for REHAU SYNEGOUniversally applicable reinforcements make handling even easier.

Designed for optimized manufacturing processes

All ARTEVO components are designed for absolutely efficient and productive production:

• The construction of large elements is also possible without the use of reinforcement

• The 80mm platform strategy creates many useful synergies.

• The profile geometry is optimized for the adhesive technology.

• The REHAU LowE foil can already be integrated at the factory. But also the introduction during the manufacturing process is very easy. The time-consuming use of thermal modules or the foaming of profiles is no longer necessary.

• Reinforcement that can be used universally in blind frames, sashes and forend profiles.

• No processing of the steel is necessary for both sash reinforcements. This reduces effort, time and costs.

profile sizing

The profile design must correspond to the released system description and be suitable for the intended use.

The outer frame profiles must have at least 7 chambers in the direction of heat flow and the casement profiles must have at least 5 chambers in the direction of heat flow.

The function chamber must be dimensioned in such a way that it can accommodate both reinforcement profiles and suitable LowE foils. Non-recyclable materials such as PS and PU foams are not permitted to improve thermal insulation in the main profiles. The structural depth of the outer frame profile is at least 80 mm, that of the sash profile at least 82 mm. The rebate overlap height is 24 mm for the sash and frame. A glazing bead suitable for the rebate overlap height must be used in the window frame and in the sash. The fastening of the load-bearing hardware components is always carried out with at least four walls made of fibre-reinforced PVC on the frame and with at least three walls made of fibre-reinforced PVC on the sash.

Only special elements are to be reinforced in accordance with the profile manufacturer's guidelines. If necessary, the load-bearing fittings are fastened to the steel reinforcement in these cases. The system-related reinforcements to be used must meet the specified static requirements.

The sealing profiles must be exchangeable. In the corner area, the seals should either be drawn in all the way round or welded together permanently and tightly.
