Linear® SWING

LINEAR® SWING is the system for swing doors conceived to eliminate completely any use of doorpost and covering profile. It foresees the installation of a special door panel of 50 mm thick that, joining perfectly to the wall where is fitted in, represents the ideal solution to configure your own rooms with style, giving an unquestionable touch of modern design. It is possible to camouflage the door painting it with the same colour of the wall, or highlight it as a furniture element with coloured and decorative finishing.

LINEAR® SWING for solid and plasterboard walls is available in the following dimensions:
From 600 to 1000 mm wide
from 2000 to 2700 mm high ( 2700 mm WITH OR WITHOUT HORIZONTAL GRIDER)

Intermediate sizes are available in increments of 50 mm.

Specification
  • FRAME FOR PLASTER AND PLASTERBOARD

Flush-fitting swing door composed of aluminum frame, door panel and hardware. Available in push and pull versions, right or left opening direction. Frame made of extruded aluminum, anodized to ensure high resistance to oxidation and adhesion of the wall paints.

The frame has a tubular section, which guarantees a high resistance to deformation and has ledges on the surface that facilitate the fixing of the plasterboard sheets and knurls for optimal grip of the stucco or plaster. Supplied complete with both specific adjustable anchors for the plasterboard warping and adjustable anchoring brackets for masonry installation. The frame is supplied with pre-assembled spacer panels in OSB, to ensure that the perfect squaring is maintained during installation.

Door panel in honeycomb, 50 mm thick with "finger joint" spruce perimeter frame which ensures great rigidity, stability and mechanical strength.

The standard coating of the white melamine paper panel ensures a perfectly smooth and uneven surface for finishing the panel at the customer's request.

For heights equal to or greater than 2400 mm, the door panel is equipped with 2 vertical tie rods to ensure flatness.

Predisposition for 3 hinges up to 2350 mm height, predisposition for 4 hinges for heights greater than 2350 mm. Concealed hinges adjustable on the three axes (height, width, depth) to perfectly adjust the perimeter light between the door panel and the wall.
