Hinged Double Leaf Door (HDLD)

Hinged double refrigeration doors (HDLD) are the heat insulating doors for the refrigerating and freezing chambers. They are manufactured of sandwich panels with the rigid polyurethane foam core. The double doors provide a wider door aperture and are ideal for use in cold chambers served by truck loaders and carriages. ProfHolod’s refrigeration doors are available in custom sizes to insure best commercial application, ready for installation. The doors are equipped with the European-made hardware: Italian, Spanish, German — according to customer’s request.

Core: rigid polyurethane foam by German Dow Chemical
Сore density: 50 kg/m3
Thermal conductivity coefficient of the core: 0.022 W/m*K
Options:
   ∙ with/without threshold;
   ∙ left-hand, right-hand opening or sliding;
   ∙ medium- or low-temperature doors;
   ∙ with a monorail opening
∙ with a viewing window;
   ∙ any colors according to RAL catalog;
   ∙ non-standard door set according to individual specifications.
Door thickness: 80, 100, 120, 150 mm.
Door installation opening: height up to 3000 mm, width up to 2800 mm.
