The Stirling AOV Casement Ventilator is available with insulated aluminium panel sheet, polycarbonate panel sheet, single glazing or double glazing. We can supply other glazing options on request up to 48mm thick glass. This creates the opportunity to diversify your smoke ventilator to suit any requirements.

      Application versatility

The Stirling ventilator can be installed horizontally or vertically into a range of systems. These systems include glazing systems, facades, curtain wall frames and block work openings. Furthermore, it can be used in pitches from 0 to 90°.

      Tailored to suit your project

The Stirling can be manufactured in various single or double sizes designed and developed to meet the needs for 1.0m² and 1.5m² Free Area automatic opening vents (AOV’s) for staircase and smoke shaft ventilation applications together with small module units for sealed Lift shaft smoke ventilation systems.

      Access hatch capability

The Stirling AOV smoke vent has the increased benefit of being used as an access hatch in case the access to the roof is limited. These units are able to open up to 90° and are often installed to allow regular access to roof terraces via internal staircases, which opens up new development possibilities.

      Security is key

The Stirling can be manufactured to include bird guards to protect the vent from birds flying in when the ventilator is open. Security bars to stop any burglar coming in from the rooftop into the building.
