• Attacks on the structure: the attacks on the structure must be realized by means of anchoring brackets in aluminum alloy EN AW 6060 prepared for adjustment in three dimensions to compensate for the inaccuracies of construction of the building structure.
• Thermal break: the internal network is isolated from the external network through the insulating plastic spacers.
• Types of openings: in the panels can be added to any type of opening.
• Glazing and panels: the facade will allow the inclusion of infill (at the option of the customer or management) with thicknesses from 6 to 50mm, shape and thickness appropriate depending on the characteristics required of isolation and / or aesthetic requirements.
• Accessories: connecting the transoms to the mullions will be made by means of screws and if necessary with the addition of jumpers as a function of the loads acting on the transom in accordance with the provisions of the supplier of the system.
• The assembly of transoms can be of two types (at the option of the customer or management): front (assembly of transoms also on the mullions already installed) using button or slide jumpers; or sequential (successive assembly of the mullion and the adjacent transoms) using specific jumpers. The screws and bolts will be stainless steel.
• Surface finishes: the protection and finishing of the surfaces of the profiles must be made through anodizing or painting. The anodization European trademark "Euras - EWAA Qualanod" in color, must be performed with complete cycle comprising the operations of: cleanup, alkaline degreasing, washing, pickling at 50 ° C / 60 ° C, washing, chemical glazing, washing, acid neutralization, oxidation and fixing. The oxide thickness must be guaranteed with a value of 15 Microns (Class 15 Microns UNI 4522-66), except for special requests. To guarantee the durability and weather resistance must be carried out controls such as: the cooking temperature to be constant for all profiles, control of adherence (grid) according to DIN 53151, coating thickness control, hardness film, resistance to abrasion.
• Usage limits: the designer or fabricator, in the size structure of the façade, must take into account its geometry, its static scheme, the loads and the geometric characteristics / inertial profiles.
