The system is made of extruded EN AW-6060 aluminum alloy profiles in compliance with EN 573-3 and
EN 755-2 in the supply state EN 515, suitable for anodic oxidation and surface painting, in bars of commercial length of 7,00 meters with dimensional tolerances and thicknesses according to what is foreseen from the UNI EN 755-9 and EN 12020-2 standards.
The mullions, to be chosen according to the application diagrams, will create a substructure on which different types of materials can be applied "dry" finish mechanically fixed with a special accessory that will allow alignment even after the pose.
They can be applied:
• Aluminum sheet panels
• Composite panels
• Aluminum frame with structural gluing glass
• Aluminum frame with "semi-structural" glass
The system has been designed to be externally applied to weather protection already existing moldings, therefore, must be designed in such a way as to prevent splashes and percolations rainwater or drainage can reach the masonry below.
The system, by its nature and function, has no resistance to air and water.
To obtain thermal insulation, it is necessary to use an insulating mat adhered to the plugging from to cover.
The system is also prepared for the creation of the "chimney effect" where there is a need for improve thermal performance.
In this case careful planning is necessary that takes into account of the geographic position, of the shape of the building and its exposure to the movement of the sun in the various periods of the year.
