S.22 Aluminum/Wood Clad French & Pivot Door

The S.22 door is custom made to order with a large variety of options available.

System: Utilizing the warmth and elegance of wood interior cladding, any décor can be custom matched. Please refer to the “wood” tab to know more about the species we have available. This door is often combined with the Aluminum/Wood Clad Windows (S.46) for an uniform building envelop.

Sizes: French doors may be up to 4′ wide and 14′ in height. Pivot Doors may be up to 8′ wide and 14′ in height.

Weight: Each panel weights approximately 7 to 8 pounds per square foot.

Profile: Doors are made of 6063-T5 extruded aluminum for maximum strength. Profiles are clad using specially designed polyamide clips, which help create a thermal barrier for better energy efficiency.

Configurations: Mulling together different door types and windows, allows for almost unlimited configurations. French and Pivot Doors may be finished with transom windows and side lights that may be operable or fixed.

Glazing: Clear Low-E tempered 1″ IG is the standard. Various types of glass and other materials at a thickness of up to 1″ may be used.
