Olympus FRP System CVT

Olympus FRP System CVT

INSTRUCTION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF OLY TEX FABRIC: 1) Preparation and cleaning of the substrate in order to obtain perfectly clean and dry surfaces with sufficient mechanical properties. 2) In the case of irregular surfaces, it is necessary to regularize it with appropriate hydraulic mortars. 3) Where necessary, in the case of surfaces with roughness less than 2 mm application of two-component epoxy filler OLY RESIN 10 (A+B). 4) Brush application of a first coat of two-component epoxy resin OLY RESIN 20 (A+B) following the instructions in the relevant data sheet. 5) Laying of OLY TEX fabric with oriented fibers as designed and subsequent treatment with special bubble break roller. 6) Apply "fresh" a second layer of OLY RESIN 20 (A+B) and subsequent treatment with appropriate bubble break roller. 7) In case the subsequent laying of civil plasters is necessary, it is advisable to previously carry out on the system still "fresh" a manual dusting with quartz sand to increase the useful surface of adhesion._INSTRUCTION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE OLY PLATE SYSTEM: 1) Cut the foil to the desired length using a diamond disk. 2) Remove any dust that may be present on the foil. 3) Trowel-apply OLY RESIN 10 (A+B) resin to the substrate with a thickness of 1-2 mm. 4) Trowel-apply OLY RESIN 10 (A+B) resin to the foil with a thickness of 1-2 mm. 5) Lay the foil fresh and press it evenly to the substrate with a rubber roller so as to eliminate any vacuum or air bubble.
