Il patrimonio storico artistico del nostro paese è rappresentato da numerose strutture in muratura, sia per ciò che riguarda gli edifici privati che per le strutture di interesse monumentale. Numerose sono le strutture che necessitano di interventi di consolidamento strutturale e molti sono gli eventi sismici che hanno provocato danni agli edifici, rendendo necessari interventi di recupero. Al fine di garantire alle strutture in muratura un adeguato livello prestazionale, OLYMPUS propone il nuovo sistema Olympus STONE che tramite l’utilizzo di reti in fibra di vetro, preformate in GFRP, consente l’incremento delle caratteristiche meccaniche degli elementi murari. I sistemi di consolidamento ottenuti mediante la posa in opera di reti in fibra di vetro della linea OLY STONE, consentono di porre agevolmente rimedio a situazioni di deficit strutturale che interessano le strutture verticali, consentendo, a differenza di interventi realizzati con materiali tradizionali, ridotta invasività ed elevata durabilità nel tempo.La linea di soluzioni Olympus STONE: _Sistemi FRCM _Sistemi CRM _Sistemi FACCIA VISTA.

    INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF OLY MESH GLASS 320 AND OLY MESH BASALT&STEEL 200 : 1) Demolition of the existing plaster until the masonry surface is reached for the portion to be reinforced; 2) Careful cleaning from dust, oils and paints of the masonry substrate on which the reinforcement system is to be applied; 3) Washing and wetting of the surface until saturated; 4) Application by trowel or spray with a suitable plastering machine of a first layer of mortar of the type OLY WALL STRUKTURA-F following the instructions given in the respective data sheets; 5) Application on the previous "fresh" layer of mortar of the OLY MESH mesh , taking care to ensure an overlap between adjacent strips of at least 15 cm; 6) Application by trowel or spray with a suitable plastering machine of a second layer of mortar of the type OLY WALL STRUKTURA-F following the indications given in the respective data sheets. The total thickness of mortar must be between 5 and 15 mm in the case of a single mesh, net of the leveling of the substrate. In the case of multiple nets, the maximum thickness cannot be more than 30 mm. Note: In order to ensure proper cooperation of the reinforcement with the masonry, the use of connectors from the OLY CONNECT line of appropriate diameter is recommended. _ INSTRUCTION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF OLY STEEL 750 FABRIC: Application steps include: 1) Preparation and cleaning of the substrate in order to obtain perfectly clean and dry surfaces with sufficient mechanical properties. 2) In the case of irregular surfaces, it is necessary to regularize it with appropriate structural mortars. 3) Brush application of a first layer of OLY WALL STRUKTURA-F mortar with a thickness of about 5 mm following the instructions in the relevant data sheet. 4) Laying of OLY STEEL 750 fabric with oriented fibers as per the design. 5) Insertion of any OLY ROD GLASS L connectors as per design specifications with OLY RESIN chemical anchor. 6) Apply "fresh" a second layer of OLY WALL STRUKTURA-F mortar to completely cover for reinforcement following the instructions in the relevant data sheet for a total reinforcement thickness of 15 mm.
