NanaWall® SL60 - The Standard Thermally Broken Aluminum Framed Folding System

The SL60 is a thermally broken aluminum folding panel system designed to provide an opening glass wall or storefront for openings up to 39' (12 mm) wide. It is available in various configurations utilizing one to twelve panels. Units can be either be inward-opening or outward-opening. It exists with a swing entry/exit panel(s); note the further panel size constraints with a swing panel not hinged to a side jamb.

This system is appropriate in residential and commercial applications where high level of resistance to air and water infiltration is desired. The SL60 is Florida statewide approved with Product Approval number FL37263. Also, the SL 60/o system is the top-hung system while the SL 60/u system is the floor-mounted system.

Specification

The maximum size limits shown are based on the weight of a panel that has a net glass thickness of not more than 10 mm (3/8”). For larger net glass thickness, this maximum size limit chart will not apply.
For configurations with no swing panels, the minimum panel width needed is 2'1" (625 mm).
For single glazing, a horizontal mullion is needed for all heights above 8'10" (2700 mm).
For cornerless units, a horizontal mullion is needed for all heights above 8'4" (2550 mm).
