The smart system with aluminum profiles with different types of inserts makes the Entrance ALU carpet very effective. Textile, rubber or brushes, the type of entrance you have determines which insert is needed.

The entrance rug with the aluminum profiles WIDE is a stylish, dense rug where the dirt collects on top of the rug. It is very well suited to cover larger areas, with the wide profiles you get a very durable rug. Inserts of rubber or brushes provide the best scraping function, while a textile insert provides both scraping and drying function. The aluminum profiles are held together by rubber connectors that make the carpet rollable.

The carpet can be placed both in a well or as an overhead carpet, then it is recommended to use a ramp around the carpet.

ALU MAT is resistant to:
- Salt / snow melting agent
- Basic chemical agents that do not contain chlorine.

ALU MAT WIDE with rubber or brush inserts best fits in zones 1 and 2, in an entrance consisting of three zones.
ALU MAT WIDE with textile inserts fits best in zones 2 and 3, in an entrance consisting of three zones.

Colour: Grey, brown and black. Textiles are slightly mottled.

Load: 3 200 kg/m² (*maximum weight per wheel 150 kg, for trolley or similar with 4 wheels = max 600 kg/each)
Tolerance: Carpet: +/- 2 mm. Manhole: Depth +/-2 mm. A well-functioning entrance mat depends on a smooth and even surface. An uneven surface can result in deformation of the mat's aluminium profiles.
Temperature: +5° to +70° (indoor)
Warranty: 3 years against production defects, excluding wear and tear.
Slip resistance: R12 according to DIN 51130.
Fire protection: Cfl-s1 according to EN 13501.
Cleaning: The mat should be swept/vacuumed regularly. If necessary, the mat can be rolled up, sweep or vacuum clean in the well, roll back.
Other: The aluminium profiles can be anodised.
