  • VISIO H44 CLEARVIEW SLIDING DOOR, WITH SIDE OPENING

    MANUSA sliding door, CLEARVIEW glazed, with lateral opening, 1 sliding leaf. It is composed by the following elements:

    MANUSA VISIO HERMETIC operator, consisting of: a universal group with two three-phase AC motors powered from a single-phase 230v / 50Hz network (115V / 60Hz on request); position, speed and rotation magnetic encoder; electronic control board with 16-bit microprocessor, operation self-monitoring and motor management system with inverter technology and variation of voltage and independent frequency (VVVF); "Direct Drive" transmission by direct coupling of the motor to the traction belt (without reducer); a fully adaptable mechanical leaf dropping system, allowing a movement of the leaf of 15 mm in vertical and 10 mm in horizontal to ensure hermetic sealing; a system of emergency batteries to force opening or closing the moving leaves in case of failure of the power supply (configurable by the user). The following parameters can be configured independently: opening speed between 0 and 100 cm / s per leaf; closing speed between 15 and 40 cm / s; closing force between 40 and 150 N; open pause; timed closing; sensitivity of the interior and exterior radar, automatic closing after manual opening; run length and reduced opening. All housed in an extruded aluminum header frame 175 mm high and 220 mm deep. Manufactured according to ISO 9001: 2000 quality assurance standards.

    MANUSA H44 movable leaf, consisting of an extruded aluminium 44 mm thick perimetral frame, that surrounds all glass pane perimeter with a rubber gasket joint. It has a crimping profile for better thermal and acoustic insulation of the exterior. It includes, in its horizontal lower part, a wedge-shaped adjustment profile to guarantee hermeticity.

    MANUSA Emboding opening frame, consisting of vertical and horizontal profiles.

    MANUSA elbow push button for door opening. Specially designed for use in operating theaters and clean rooms.

    Safety photocells located on door sides.

    MANUSA interface, which allows the door to be connected with external management elements (optional).
