MULTIMIX

The MULTIMIX system is a substation for mixing and boosting, which enables the transfer of fluids at different temperatures to each thermal zone via a distribution kit, made independent by the pressure equaliser incorporated in the main manifold. The extraordinarily compact size facilitates installation below the boiler and in confined spaces. MULTIMIX is made up of the manifold/separator and direct kits, or versions with mixer, which can be configured and combined to meet specific requirements. Pre-assembled configurations are also available with insulation casing in polypropylene and/or metal recess cabinet. MULTIMIX can also be supplied via side connections, and enables the connection of two or more manifolds to one another. Unlike MULTIMIX-C, this system enables the temporary or permanent disablement of the hydraulic separation function, useful in cases such as connection to an inertial storage unit.

Complete withunion with swivel fittings G 1” for the connection to distribution kits, shut-offball valves DN 25 at the inlets, thermomanometer 0-6 bar/0-120 ◦C and automaticair vent valve. 2-way or 3-way versions available. Possibility of connection to the primary circuit fromabove, below, right or left. Expandable by connecting to other manifolds with swivelnipples G 1”. Other components made of CW617N brass. Gaskets and o-rings madeof Peroxide-cured EPDM. Connections to the primary circuit G 1”F, centredistance delivery/return 52 mm (inlet from the side), 197 mm (inlet from aboveor below, 2-way manifold), 170 mm (inlet from above or below, 3-way manifold); connectionsto the distribution circuits with swivel nut G 1”F, centre distance delivery/return45 mm. Max operating temperature 120 ◦C. Max operating pressure 10 bar.Max primary circuit flow rate 3500 l/h.

    - High-temperature direct flow kit completewith telescopic system for pump connection, shut-off ball valves for pumpconnection, delivery and return thermometers 0÷80 ◦C; check valve. Primarycircuit connections G 1” M, delivery/return centre distance 45 mm; distributioncircuits connections G 3/4”F, delivery/return centre distance 90 mm. Parts fromcasting: CB753S brass. Other parts made of CW617N brass. Gaskets and o-rings: peroxide-curedEPDM. Max operating temperature (pump excluded) 120 ◦C. Max operating pressure10 bar.

    - Low temperature mixing kit completewith 3-way mixing valve with headwork for thermostatic or motorisable control, secondarybypass with micrometric dually adjusted lockshields and position memory, telescopicsystem for pump connection, shut-off ball valves for pump connection, delivery andreturn thermometers 0÷80 ◦C, check valve, fixed setting safety thermostat 60◦C.Primary circuit connections (manifold-separator) G 1”M, centre distance delivery/return45 mm; heating circuits connections G 3/4”F, centre distance delivery/return 90mm.     - Variable-speed electronic pump WILO4F centre distance 130 mm.

    - T 5011 U: thermostatic head with incorporated control and immersion remote sensor. Connection: M30 x 1.5. Probe holder connection: 1/2". Range: 30-55 °C. Cable lenght: 2 m.

    - RV 01: axial motor. Connection: M30 x 1.5. 3-point adjustment 230 V AC or 24 V AC or proportional 0-10 V 24 V AC.
