Raised Floor Supports from 97 to 392 mm Balance

The BALANCE SUPPORTS are part of Pedestal Line, a global benchmark in the outdoor raised flooring sector. The wide
range of fixed supports and self-levelling supports for outdoor flooring solves the problems of laying directly on site, facilitating it and
reducing work times.

With the balance supports, there is no need for external levelling tools. Installation time is shorter and you have a self-levelling set between 47 and 392 mm. For installations with particularly irregular surfaces, Impertek has expanded its renowned Martinetto (or called Jack Support) range with the Balance Supports series.

In particular, this family of products covers heights from 97 to 392 mm.

With Balance Supports, the head automatically adjusts the slope of the installation surface up to 5%, creating a perfectly level upper flooring without the need for any work for the installer. Moreover, with particularly irregular surfaces, CP slope correctors can be applied under the supports to increase the correction percentage up to 10%.

All types of Balance Supports are guaranteed to bear concentrated loads of 400 kg each. A 400 kg concentrated load means an evenly distributed load of 1,600 kg/m2 for 50x50 cm tiles and 2,500 kg/m2 for floors made up of 40x40 cm tiles.

The Balance support has been designed for installation of any type of flooring on any surface, allowing inspection of the various installations beneath, without needing to demolish anything.

The Balance raised floor supports are widely used for small and large outdoor floorings and in terraces, pool sides, walkways on roofing, walkways on hanging gardens, squares, urban spaces and gardens in general. And the compatible finishings are: ceramic tiles, natural stones, marble and granite, prefabricated concrete slabs, decking and wooden planks, decking and planks made of composite wood, all self-supporting materials thatt can withstand elevation.

Specification
  • Once the support is positioned on the laying surface, even if inclined up to 5% of slope, the head stays perfectly levelled, without any manual intervention of the layer: Balance adjusts automatically to fill up the slope and create a perfectly levelled upper flooring.
