Console Advantis NG 1 operator sit&stand

Advantis NG 1 operator console designed for 24/7 critical environments.

The dimensions and equipment shown is just an example, being fully customizable according to customer needs.

The structural assembly is modular and adaptable, and permit guarantee the existence of a wide range of solutions to meet different needs, such as individual consoles, linear configurations formed by several modules, curved configurations (concave and convex), two-sided configurations (trading), individual modules with the Sit&Stand system and conference tables. In this way, possible future adaptations of the furniture are guaranteed according to the evolution of the needs of the Control Room.

Specification
  • The Technical furniture for the Control Center will be from the Advantis NG series of the GESAB brand. It must be specifically designed for 24/7 critical environments, with high ergonomic and durability requirements. It must allow easy maintenance and cable management avoiding interference in the normal operation of the work position.

    The structure will consist of a main beam supported on technical side panels or cabinets, with the capacity to house connections and wiring.

    The work surface will be compact phenolic resin with 18 mm thickness. The operator must have a personal connectivity area on the work surface, with a configurable space for power, data, and other connectors, accessible through a pivoting cover.

    For the installation of the monitors, a fixing system for articulated arms shall be included to allow free positioning of the arm.

    TECHNICAL ASPECTS

    BEAM:

    The structural beam must be made of steel sheet with a minimum thickness of 2.5mm to guarantee its strength.

    Its construction must allow beam lengths of up to 2600 mm (*3 operators per beam).

    The beam must have a double side opening (front and rear) by means of pivoting hinged aluminum covers with position control. These covers must be made of an aluminum profile in alloy 6060/6063 with a minimum profile thickness of 2.5mm.

    Floating Operating Area. The console must provide to the operator with a safe and a healthy environment, free of vibration, thanks to the isolated work surface through Iso Block spacers made of Polyamide (PA6), a non-conductive material with a degree of damping.

    TECHNICAL CABINET:

    Cabinets must be manufactured with an extruded aluminum profile 6060/6063 series with a minimum profile thickness of 2.7mm.

    Pivot doors must incorporate hinges with a movement retention system and must be adjustable in 3 dimensions, which guarantee a soft and silent door closing.

    SURFACE:

    The work surface must be manufactured and machined in compact high-pressure phenolic resin board, bilaminate with a thickness of at least 18 mm whose surface will be anti-reflective and anti-scratch, beveled and rounded at all its contact points, to avoid microtrauma.

    WIRAIL:

    All the consoles will integrate a WiRail ExtraFlat-type ergonomic arms management system that will allow the positioning of the ergonomic arms in any longitudinal position of the console without the need for milling nor drilling on the work surface.

    The system must be very low profile and should be completely embedded in the work surface. It must be made using aluminum profiles with a minimum thickness of 3mm to guarantee its resistance.

    SIDE NEXUS GATE:

    The side panel must be made of steel sheet with a minimum thickness of 2mm and an aluminum profile in alloy 6060/6063 with a minimum thickness of 2.5mm.

    The side panel must have double access to the technical areas, interior and exterior through two accessible covers.

    The possibility of customizing the side cover with an integrated backlighted logo or corporate vinyl must be available.                                                                                       

    The side panel will have internal cable management capacity with a minimum dimension of 470 x 70mm. It must also have a central area with 19" 1 U integrated into the structure.

    QUALITY AND WARRANTY

    Both national (EU) design and manufacture must be guaranteed. With leading suppliers in each sector to guarantee the highest quality standards and an exhaustive internal control throughout the process from design to assembly.

    CERTIFICATES OF EXCELLENCE

    ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001

    The company manufacturing the product must be certified by an accredited body in ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 in order to guarantee the highest standards in quality, environmental management and health and safety.

    The warranty period of the products shall be extended for a period of at least TEN YEARS against manufacturing defects, except for accessories, components and mechanical, electrical and electronic elements that the system or product incorporates, whose warranty period shall be at least two years.

    HEALTH AND ERGONOMICS

    The console must be certified in the UNE-EN 527 standard by an accredited external company.

    A certificate shall be submitted with the project documentation.

    It shall also comply with the guidelines of UNE-EN ISO 11064: ERGONOMIC DESIGN OF CONTROL CENTRES.

    SOFTWARE AND FORMATS

    The furniture must have 3D families in REVIT (.rfa) and 3D STUDIO MAX (.fbx and .max) formats, for its integration in the technical documentation of the project.

    SUSTAINABILITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH

    The ability to repair and replace any part, as well as quality and durability are effective eco-design strategies. The use of materials with high recyclability and the use of materials with a high percentage of already recycled material shall be ensured.

    The repairability and replaceability of all components of the consoles shall be guaranteed for the lifetime of the product.

    The manufacturer shall certify 80% already recycled aluminium in all extruded and cast aluminium parts and 70% in steel parts.

    The manufacturer of phenolic compact (HPL) shall certify 50% recycled material in its production.

    The GREENGUARD UL 2818-2013 Standard for Building Materials, Finishes and Furnishings certificate will be presented.

    This certificate ensures that the products used in the manufacture of the console meet strict emission limits for particulate matter and chemicals harmful to the human body, helping to reduce indoor air pollution and the risk of chemical exposure, while contributing to healthier indoor environments.
